What do I need to bring?

Please be sure to bring your stroller, sunscreen, plenty of water, a pre or post-workout snack, and anything else you may need to keep you and your kiddos happy! (i.e. snacks, water, toys, books, etc.) Please also bring a yoga mat or towel for our core workout.

How old does my baby have to be before I can join?

Babies and kids can join you at Stroller Strides up to any age as long as they can still safely be buckled in the stroller. We recommend waiting until you have medical clearance from your physician (normally this is 6 weeks postpartum). Always get your doctor's permission before starting this or any other kind of exercise program.

Do I need a jogging stroller?

You do not need a jogging stroller. You can use any kind of stroller as long as it is not prone to tipping.

What if my baby gets fussy during class?

That's okay! Sometimes babies cry, but you'll be in a group full of moms with their kids - we've all been there and we all get it. You're always able to do what you need to do to take care of your little one, and we do our best to make sure class is entertaining for the little ones!

Can my child walk along the stroller during the workout?

At Stroller Strides, the safety of you and and your baby is our biggest priority. As such, children must stay safely buckled in for the duration of the class.

What is the summer/fall class schedule?

Through Friday, October 19, 2018, classes will run at Beachwood City Park on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30-10:30 am. Evening class will run from 6-7 pm on Tuesdays at Horseshoe Lake Park.

What happens in winter?

We move to the indoor mall at Eton Chagrin Boulevard! From October 22, 2018 - April 19, 2019, classes will run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in the mall before it opens from 9:00-10:00 am, as well as 6-7 pm on Tuesdays.

How do I know if there is class?

We run every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - rain or shine! However, in the event of severe weather or emergency, class changes and updates will be posted on our Facebook page. Follow our page now to stay up to date! facebook.com/FIT4MOMBSH

What if I need to cancel my membership?

A 30 day notice in writing to owner Sarah Andrecheck is required to cancel your membership.
