I'm Sarah, mama to Adeline and the owner of FIT4MOM Beachwood Shaker Heights! When my daughter was 10 months old, we re-located to Arizona for a couple months for my husband's job. It was there that I discovered Stroller Strides and the incredible network of supportive mothers that got me through a challenging period of time in a new place. I loved Stroller Strides for the fitness and for the sense of community and overwhelming support I received from the other mamas.

When we returned to Cleveland, I opened a FIT4MOM branch in Beachwood / Shaker Heights and here we are, five years later! I am passionate about community building and supporting new mamas and count myself incredibly lucky to be a part of our amazing community of mamas. We'd love to meet you, mama - join us!
